This registration form is for The Virtual Challah Bake 2022 with Eileen Dwell, Carmie Levine, and Gary Bramnick! It takes place on both on Wednesday, September 21st and Thursday, September 22nd from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.

Come join your friends at BZBI right from your very own kitchen as you learn to bake egg or vegan challah bread! This class will teach you how to prepare the perfect Challah for Rosh Hashanah.

Session #1 will take place on Wednesday, September 21st at 7:00 pm. We will be demonstrating dough prep as participants do their prep in their kitchens. We will also learn how to make sautéed apples for stuffing into the braid of your challah.

Session #2 will take place on Thursday, September 22nd at 7:00 pm. We will continue by learning to stuff and braid a round challah.

This event is fun and free! We hope you will join us for BOTH sessions.
