Join us for First Friday dinner and Kabbalat Shabbat services in May!

In honor of National Teacher Appreciation Week, we will express our immense gratitude to BZBI's many wonderful educators in our Laurie Wagman Playschool, Abigail R. Cohen Preschool, Neziner Hebrew School, and Youth & Family Programs. We will celebrate our educators at the early dinner starting at 5:00 PM.

Registration ends on Wednesday, May 1. Sign up today to join us for dinner and consider sponsoring a meal in honor of our educators! 

Dinner is open to all, regardless of your ability to pay.

Are you coming in for the Shabbat dinner? Can you come a little earlier to help set up?

It may not be a mitzvah coming from the Torah, nor a good deed approved by ancient rabbis, but this simple thing done together by members of the community helps us all feel at home. BZBI is our shared home and we can all pitch in! Please join us before the dinner to help put out the tablecloths, plates, cups, etc. or stay afterward to help with the cleanup (there’s no washing dishes, so no worries, it will be quick).
