Temple BZBI ECE Camp Enrollment 2023
Please verify reCaptcha before submitting the form.
Dear Families,
Below you will find the Enrollment Agreement for our 8-week summer camp (Wednesday, June 21-Friday, August 11, 2023) at BZBI Early Childhood Education for children ages 18 months through children entering Pre-K. You will need to complete and electronically sign the below form and submit the $500 non-refundable Commitment Payment by February 24, 2023 to secure your child(ren)’s space(s). You will receive a confirmation email when your form is submitted.
The second and final camp tuition payment is due May 2, 2023 along with an $80 security fee per child.
Camp begins on Wednesday, June 21, and ends on Friday, August 11 and we will be able to guarantee spots for 8-week commitments only. Class placements and teacher assignments for camp will be determined based on fall class placements so that campers can transition with the same teachers they will have for school in the fall. Schedule options are available for all students. There is no minimum enrollment requirement for any age group.
We will offer optional meet and greets with teachers for all campers and parents on Tuesday, June 20.
Once enrollment is complete, we will consider enrollment requests for individual weeks AS WELL AS for rising kindergartners on a first-come-first-served basis IF there is room. Please contact Sara for requests.
If you are enrolling more than one child for camp, you must submit separate forms for each child along with two non-refundable Commitment Payments. The 10% sibling discount will be applied to your last payment. The payment can be submitted online with this form via credit card or e-check. There is a 3.1% fee for credit card transactions and a 1.5% fee for e-checks. You may also submit a check to the synagogue office. To pay by check, please select "Bill My Account" and hit submit. Checks must be submitted within 5 business days of completing the form to hold a spot for your child. If the check is for payments for more than one child, please notate the information in the “memo” section on the check.
Please remember that the Enrollment Form is a contractual agreement and by electronically signing this form, you are agreeing to the terms of the contract.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Sara at ECDirector@BZBI.org. We thank you for your support and are excited for an amazing summer!
